Protecting Your Credit Card Information

Fisherman's Factory Outlet has taken several steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your credit card and to protect your personal information. FFO secures your credit card number with the latest encryption technology. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), which is an industry standard. Warnings will appear on your computer screen when you want to enter a protected area. Once you are inside a secure area, the key or padlock on the bottom of your browser window will change from broken to whole.

The authorization and storage of your credit card information is automated. This means only a few, select FFO employees have the authority to see your private card numbers. And the only time we would access this information, is if you dispute a charge.

The information you provide when you register with FFO is necessary. Without it we would be unable to ship your order to the right address. And we would be unable to contact you should any questions arise.
